De Vorm introduces its latest acoustic product line: a collection of animals designed by Lorenzo Palmeri. The objects are made from recycled PET felt with the sole purpose to reduce noise and amplify pleasure. Lorenzo Palmeri originally created the sculptures out of stone. Now, by choosing PET felt for the sculptures they have an actual function apart from being an art piece: they really eat noise! PET felt is made of recycled PET bottles, which are turned into a soft, though strong Felt material. It is durable, UV stabilized and has great acoustic performance. PET Felt is both recycled as well as recyclable itself.
